B1: How long will it take to process my order?
Immediately after you have made your order, this is read by an employee and manually checked and approved.
Were all products available, the delivery time depends on the (in your basket) displayed delivery time of products.
Available products will be shipped immediately on the same business day and are therefore usually arrives the next working day.
Orders which were given on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Mondays.

B2: Can I change my order later?
For the purposes of the shortest possible delivery time, our logistics is designed for the fastest possible processing.
If the order is in our dispatch center under construction, this can unfortunately not be changed.
In this case, please just make a new order and / or return unwanted goods.

V1: How long does it take for my order to arrive with me?

For all types of shipping apart from advance payment, we can usually ship your parcel on the same day (for orders completed until 3pm, and provided that all parts are marked as in stock). If you have selected advance payment for your order, we wait with the shipment until the money is booked to our account (depending on the bank it can take up to 4 business days!). Then your order will be shipped the same day.
DHL has a running time of approximately 2 business days within Germany. In most cases, the parcel is with you on the next business day. UPS takes 2-3 business days within Germany, but also here the experience shows that the parcel arrives usually on the next business day.
However, we cannot take any responsibility. To ensure a safe delivery date please check with the respective shipping companies! www.dhl.de or www.ups.de

V2: What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
