Front wheel axle for the Vespa Smallframe models V50, PV125,ET3.
This axle has the short toothing that Piaggio introduced in 1980.
The brake drum no longer has a completely continuous toothing but has been removed by about half in depth. With this the problem of brake drums that are difficult to detach from the axle was solved. All old brake drums, which still have the continuous toothing, therefore do not fit on this new type of axle. However, they can be modified (turned out) accordingly.
