Crankshaft -MAZZUCCHELLI RACING full cheek (57mm)
The full cheek shafts were primarily developed to improve the pre-compression ratio and thus to increase the cylinder filling via the increased pressure in the crankcase. However, by installing the full cheek, the effective cross-section of the intake tract is greatly reduced. This considerably reduces the possible degree of filling in the upper speed range, and engines equipped with such a crankshaft usually drop sharply in power at 7,000 rpm. The shaft has lubrication holes at the top of the connecting rod eye, balance weights and a streamlined blade connecting rod. Mazzucchelli's high-end crankshaft with 57mm stroke /105mm connecting rod.
