Description
Steel rim for 10 inch tyres, as first used on the Vespa GS150 and Messerschmidt GS3 models. Features the traditional central fixing technique using four tapered bolts. The rim is available in original optics with star or with smooth surface.
CONVERSION 8 inch to 10 inch
The same mounting flange makes the GS150 rim ideal for converting vehicles from 8 inch tires to 10 inch. This is done very easily by simply changing the rims. There is a minimal track offset, but this is rather theoretical. However, we recommend a high quality brake drum (BGM PRO grey cast iron art.no. BGM5300) as well as a good shock absorber and a slightly tighter spring.
The star rims are also suitable for the ,for the Scandinavian market produced, Vespa 150 VGL1 T. These use ex works star rims with only 9 inch.
