From now on we can finally offer repair plates for the Vespa Smallframe models like the V50, Primavera, ET3 etc. for the leg shield and the floor plate. Very often the frames of these models in the area behind the mudguard are strongly affected by the brown plague. On the outside the frame is mostly still optically intact, on the inside the frame is already almost rusted through.

This has already caused a lot of frames to be scrapped or has cost many working hours, armed with sheet metal shears and welding equipment, if you have the skills to do such work yourself.

A complete leg shield incl. the corresponding bottom plate enables quick restoration progress without having to learn the plumbing trade first. But also the coachbuilder will not only be thankful but also present a much smaller bill as he can work much more time-saving.

The well fitting plates are 1:1 corresponding to the original, an exception is the upper part of the horn cascade. This is pressed into the leg shield plate in the original, but the repair plate is smooth here. Therefore we offer this part of the cascade separately, with the advantage that you can choose between different versions.

The leg shield is made of black plate and is stored in our warehouse treated with anti-corrosion grease.

Best is to order the frame struts and the rear running board reinforcement at the same time!

TIP: We recommend to assemble the scooter in its raw state before each painting, a so-called dry-build. Here, any necessary adjustments can be carried out quickly and easily without damaging a new paint. Then assembling the freshly painted parts is twice as much fun!
