Max Quattrini offers full 200ccm for the classic Vespas like V50, 50N, SS90, PV125, ET3, PK S, PK XL etc. With the separately available parts a fuselage engine kit can be assembled, consisting of:

    EXHAUST

    The Quattrini exhaust ("la sua" christened), which was specially manufactured for the 200cc kit, has an enormous stud spacing of 66mm at the cylinder flange, which matches the kit. Therefore this exhaust does not fit to any other common cylinder. The performance curve is very linear and broadband. It offers already from the speed cellar enormous thrust which does not decrease up to over 8000 rpm. Due to its special design the luggage compartment of the PV/ET3 models does not have to be removed or modified. If the exhaust is to be placed in a PK chassis, however, the separating plate on the side must be removed.

    The exhaust is made of only 0.8mm thin sheet steel and has a typical 2-stroke tinny sound pattern. A wrapping of the resonance body with heat protection tape minimizes the higher frequencies effectively.
