Description
Original steel disc for the small clutch with 6-springs as used for example in the PX80, PX125, PX150 as well as Sprint and many other models.
The disc(s) should not be discolored or warped for proper clutch operation. To check if the discs are no longer straight, simply place them on top of each other and twist them with both hands. This will quickly reveal any warping.
Although original from Piaggio, many discs do not have perfectly flat surfaces even when new. However, the discs can be easily straightened by hand if necessary (e.g. on an edge of the workbench). A slight wobble of the discs is also generally important to make the discs stand out better from each other (air discs).

As lubricant we recommend BGM Pro Street gear oil (BGM2025, corresponds to specification API GL-3).

A three disc clutch (like original) needs two of these steel discs.
Sport clutches with four discs usually use thinner steel discs (which also warp faster), so the original steel discs described here cannot be used there.
