BGM clutch sprockets are bullet proof. They have been developed for high performance and torque of current engines and made of high-alloyed steel (SCM415 / 15 CrMo 5), which meets highest production standards. The production of BGM sprockets relies on an extremely high resistance of the basic material (up to 1100N/mm2, HRC 58-62).
Production meets the high standard of production at Honda. Each individual part has a test protocol, which represents permanently consistent quality assurance.

Black colour and handy labelling with the amount of teeth of the sprocket as such and of the suitable primary drive wheel characterise the BGM sprockets.
The 24 teeth sprocket is especially interesting. It fits all engines, which are equipped with a 23/65-sprocket/wheel-combination ex works. These are all 200cc engines, e.g. PX200, Rally 200, Cosa200. Except for Cosa 200 models with 21/68.
Due to its 24 teeth, the sprocket has a higher gear ratio and offers a higher top speed after easily being replaced. And it works vice versa. Using a 22-teeth-sprocket reduces the gear ratio, which is perfect for the city or rev oriented concepts.
BGM clutch sprockets are the perfect add-on to the indestructible BGM Superstrong clutch.
All BGM Superstrong clutches with 22, 23 and 24 teeth come with this sprocket ex works. Can be combined with any Cosa 2-clutch systems (can be recognized by at least 8 spaces for springs).
