Malossi now finally dares to tackle the sensitive issue of crankshafts in the shift scooter sector. The know-how gathered in automatic tuning is visibly incorporated into the conception of the high-end crankshaft, which is designed as a solid cheek. Beautiful details, such as the balancing with tungsten weights, fine thread on the crankshaft stubs and the bevelled upper connecting rod eye, bear witness to the effort Malossi puts into this crankshaft.

SPECIALITIES
The alternator-side stub already has the diameter of the PK125 ETS crankshaft with Ø25mm. This offers the most stable solution for mounting the flywheel. Different from the ETS stub, the Malossi crankshaft has only a Ø22mm shaft seal diameter. Therefore a special WeDi is required (included in delivery). Engine housings that do not have the large needle bearing on the alternator side at the factory also require a special ball or roller bearing (25x47x12).

NOTE:The crankcase of the small engine half (alternator side) must be enlarged in diameter to accommodate the enlarged crank web.
