Description
With the latest V.2 cylinder kit series from NARAKU we can offer a product further developed in many details. Thus, the bore size has been expanded to 52.4mm. However, the outer diameter of the cylinder base was not changed by the change in bore size. Subsequent machining of the crankcase opening is therefore generally not necessary.
Since a 4-stroke cylinder is in fact only a "bore", all attention was paid to the piston with its technical characteristics and compression.
The piston now has 2 additional CNC-milled height grooves, in these oil collects and the necessary lubrication on the cylinder bore and the emergency running was improved. Especially for the sensitive running-in phase of the cylinder, the piston was provided with an additional sliding coating. From below, 2 oil holes were introduced, which supply the piston pin with oil. Through CNC machining of the piston crown, combustion chamber and compression optimization was achieved. With the compression ratio was set on longevity.
The kit also comes with a cylinder head with enlarged valves and optimized intake/exhaust ports. From a technical point of view, the operation of a cylinder with a bore size of 50mm or more is only possible with an enlarged cylinder head.

The kit can be operated with the original carburetor, but we recommend the adjustment of the main jet.
