CDI unit -NARAKU- unrestricted DC type for Kymco

Description

Open tuning CDI without speed limiter from NARAKU. In addition to the mechanical throttles (e.g. variomatic sleeve), the scooter is also throttled via a speed limiter in the CDI. Without changing the CDI, tuning measures of the scooter are only effective to a limited extent, because the power speed is not reached. Even with a larger cylinder, the maximum speed cannot be reached because high revs are blocked.

Simply replace the CDI with the throttled one. Disconnect plug from old CDI and plug onto new CDI. No cable work necessary.

Please use only if a racing sleeve or a sports variator such as Polini Hi-Speed was installed.

Only suitable for scooters with DC ignition system.

Note: Whether an AC or DC CDI is installed, can be determined as follows.

Disconnect battery
Switch on ignition
start with kick starter

If the scooter starts, an AC CDI is installed.
If the scooter does not start, a DC CDI is installed.
