The main advantage is definitely the bearing of all three gear shafts. This minimizes friction losses and more power lands on the asphalt. The transmission shafts are guided by ball and needle bearings.
Another nice feature from racing is the sealing with an O-ring. So you can work fast and clean on the gearbox. The O-ring lies in a CNC milled groove and the conventional seals are no longer necessary. Just like the used shaft sealing rings, the O-ring is made of Viton and therefore the optimal and durable solution. The sealing lip of the shaft seals is even -to reduce friction- Teflon coated.
