Crankshaft set incl. a 1.5mm laser cut cylinder base spacer. Pinasco has with the set

for the Vespa models Sprint150 (VLB1T), GL150 (VLA1T), GT125 (VNL2T), GTR125 (VNL2T)

a crankshaft with 1.5mm more stroke, than original 57mm brought to the market.

Due to the more stroke, the piston moves 1.5mm beyond the top as well as bottom dead center.

Now the piston could hit the cylinder head!

Adjustments should now be made via spacers on the base or head.

With a head gasket the cylinder characteristic remains rather the same, however more torque.

With a foot gasket, the rpm band is shifted back a few rpm depending on the exhaust. Also change the timing of the cylinder kit and the characteristics of driving.

Furthermore, milling work can be done on the exhaust to get a performance plus out of a cylinder.
