Description
Exclusive Scooter Center Ancillotti sports seat for the Vespa Wideframe models. It replaces the standard swinging saddle and perfectly emphasizes the lines of the early Vespa models. It also gives a much better and safer riding experience due to the more direct contact with the vehicle. The upholstery is very pleasant and offers good comfort even on longer distances thanks to the harmonious tuning. For taller riders it offers a much better ergonomics than a swing saddle, a touching of the handlebar with the knees is effectively avoided with the Ancilotti. If you have to start faster at the traffic lights, the classic rear apron offers perfect support for sporty riders.

The SC Ancilotti is handmade in Italy by a renowned company according to our specifications. The bench is based on a light but very stable and coated GRP body. The grained and laterally embossed seat cover is waterproof sewn and set off with a white decorative piping. The rear AQUILA CONTINENTALE lettering is made of embossed aluminium with visible stainless steel rivet heads.
The seat is attached to the original mounting points. It covers the fixed mounting pins for the saddle springs on the side of the frame. No modifications to the frame necessary.
TIP: The seat can be individually adapted to the vehicle. To do this, the aluminium cones of the rear seat bracket in the seat can be unscrewed and shimmed to different degrees. In this way, the lower edge of the seat can be perfectly flush with the vehicle frame. Make sure that the distance between the spring bolts and the seat frame is sufficient.
NOTE: The original choke lever under the single saddle cannot be reused. Here, for example, a modern folding choke can be fitted under the seat (part no. CA800110) or a folding choke can be used directly on the carburettor.
