Exclusively designed tuning kit consisting of a complete cylinder kit and a high end racing crank.
The barrel is spot on with very well designed port areas and timings. You have to enlarge the area for the cylinder base in the engine casings to get it fitted.
A specially designed race crank was designed with 44 mm stroke and a 90 mm con rod. The con rod itself is CNC machined and made of a very lightweight racing compound. The balancing of the crank is with bloody expensive Tungsten weights, which makes the crankshaft heavier and the engine running smoother. To achieve the longer stroke the crank webs had to be enlarged. Once again the engine casing has to machined to except the larger crankshaft webs.
The CNC machined cylinder head is a nice finishing touch.
Those cylinder kits are made in very very small batches. In conjunction with the TCR racing pipe there are 26 hp at the rear wheel available.
