The TT92 is the successor to the legendary TT91 racing tyre. Thanks to the EG type-approval you can even use it on public roads.
But still, the TT92 is meant for the race track. In terms of grip and performance, there is no better tyre with type approval.
On the track, it stands out due to the slick-like tread. The racing rubber compound is engineered for fast cornering speeds and maximum lean angles. Furthermore, the sturdy tread was designed for immediate handling response.
When compared to slicks, the TT92 scores thanks to excellent durability and long-distance race suitability.
