Description


D.R.'s 135cc is the legend among conversion cylinders for the PX 80, more durable than the original cylinder, it is the perfect companion for the big tour. The D.R. allows a speed of up to 90 km/h, which can be increased even further with other components. The cylinder responds very well to a longer primary transmission ratio. As exhaust the BGM BigBox Touring, as well as the carburetor of the 200 models (with 24 instead of 20 mm passage) is a good extension, which can bring the D.R. to over 100km/h.

The D.R. is a cheap and unproblematic alternative to breathe new life into the somewhat weak PX 80. The optimal spraying (with original or BGM BigBox Touring exhaust) is 160/BE3/102 (complete nozzle block). The ignition should be adjusted to 19 degrees with original and to 22 degrees with long transmission.

Whoever wants to give the 135 a little more power can of course increase the compression. You can plan about 1.5 mm from the cylinder head sealing surface, but after that you should adjust the fuel injection and the pre-ignition and run the engine with super gasoline.

Mein Motor läüft obtimal mit dem Kit. Nach gut 500KM einfahren bringt er immerhin gute 90Km/h auf den Taucho. Mir reicht das! Meine Vespa 150 Bj. 1968 soll mich auch nur gemütlich durch die Landschaft fahren.
