Special ball bearing from Pinasco with polyamide ball cage, 9 balls and an outer diameter of 0.04mm oversize.
Ideal for motor housings with worn or oversized bearing seats. In particular, the floating bearing arrangement in the old engine housings (with two identical crankshaft bearings) is naturally subject to higher wear than the fixed-less bearing arrangement of the later PX engine generation.
If the bearing bushings in the housing are worn, the bearings can be mounted without great force and without great temperature differences. The crankshaft can then move towards the clutch under load due to the oblique toothing of the primary drive, which causes the pressure point on the clutch lever to move.
The Pinasco oversize bearings can solve this problem, but please note that the bearings must not be heated above 125°C. The bearings must not be heated above 125°C. The bearings must not be heated above 125°C. Otherwise the polyamide cage may be damaged.
