Casa Performance Smooth Master is the new cassette clutch for classic Lambretta S1+S2+S3+DL+Serveta+TargaTwin engines. This clutch range is successfully used as standard in all Casa Performance SSR and SST engines, with no +50hp problems.

The Casa Performance Smooth Master can be used in both standard and tuned engines. The clutch uses 6 discs and 10 springs. It comes with a retaining tool, clutch nut and washer, and SX and GP pressure sets. No modifications or spacers are required. Just plug'n'play with original engine cover!
Pinion, spider and top plate are stainless, CNC machined. This type of machining makes the clutch very light (only 1800gr) but very strong. Pinion and spider are tempered and ground, for a perfect chain alignment to cause no loss of power. The clutch has a mounted pressure plate and an integrated shock absorber. This mediates a very comfortable driving experience, a jerking in pushing mode is almost completely eliminated! The bearing-mounted pressure plate helps to further reduce the manual force required to operate the clutch.

The Casa Performance PowerMaster Smooth Master is a "cassette clutch" so it can be disassembled in one piece. This can be helpful when performing maintenance or disassembling other parts. No more wasted time.

Smooth Master

Die Kupplung kommt einbaufertig. Lediglich die Anzahl und Härte der mitgelieferten Kupplungsfedern muss für die jeweilige Motorleistung gewählt und verbaut werden. Außer Schraubensicherung und einem 25'er Torx benötigt man keine weiteren Werkzeuge zum Zusammenbau der Kupplung.

Alle benötigten Teile sind im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die Kupplung und deren Kompeoenten sind sehr hochwertig gefertigt.
Das spezielle, breitere Nadellager ist ebenfalls mit dabei.

Die 1mm Stahlscheiben sind gehärtet, die 6 Beläge sind dünne Sportbeläge aus Aluminium.

Das Kupplungshaltewerkzeug habe ich an den beiden Laschen umgebogen, was sehr leicht ging, so dass diese sauber an 2 Stehbolzen des Motorgehäuses zum Festschrauben der Kupplungsmutter aufliegen.

Bei laufendem Motor (225ccm) merkt man im Stand deutlich weniger Motorvibrationen.
