Description


The Parmakit ECV 121ccm is ideal for all tuners with driving licence class A1 (up to 125ccm,11kW) or car driving licence (class B, if issued before 01.04.1980).

The maximum cubic capacity allowed for this driving licence is not exceeded with this cylinder kit, nevertheless the ECV offers a lot of tuning potential. So the 15hp permitted by law (with reworking of the cylinder) can be fully exploited. If the TÜV registers the modification work (ask for the conditions before) the whole thing can be driven completely legally on the road.

FIT FOR
The cylinder fits on all Vespa V90, V100, SS90, 90 Racer, PV125, ET3, PK80, PK100, PK110, PK125 models. With a crankshaft of the 125cc models it fits also on the engines of the 50cc models like V50, 50N, SR50, SS50, PK50. Engines with less than 125ccm ex works require additional long cylinder studs, a cylinder cover and exhaust of the 125ccm models (see accessories).

In the deposited performance diagram an unmachined Parmakit ECV cylinder was tested on a class K5 engine.

If you want the full 15hp you should rework the exhaust window to get both surface area and a larger exhaust control angle. This will already increase the performance significantly. To achieve a high torque already in the lower rpm range we recommend the "BGM Pro Banana Sport" as exhaust. It delivers a high peak power with an early torque.

NOTE: Depending on the engine housing it can happen that the cylinder has to be chamfered at the alternator side sealing surface to ensure a clean connection with the engine sealing surface. In addition the enclosed exhaust gasket unfortunately has a too large inner diameter. To make sure that the exhaust seals perfectly, we recommend to order a separate exhaust gasket (7675302, see accessories).
