POLINI KIT FOR VESPA 300 GTS AND PIAGGIO BEVERLY EURO 3 AND 4: POWER EXPLOSION

Using the technology of Formula 1 engines, Polini Motori has developed a new cylinder kit. Thanks to a special steel liner with Nicasil coating and to the "HTR" ring (High Turbulence Ring) it has been possible to increase the bore to 77 mm and to bring the cubic capacity from 278 cm³ to 294 cm³.

The cylinder kit can be mounted on the crankcase and on the original head without any modification.

Exclusive detail on the scooter market is the "HTR" ring, which apart from improving the squish effect (acceleration of the mixture in the combustion chamber), allows a larger contact surface of the cylinder head gasket and ensures high reliability.

The piston has a wider piston skirt, the combustion chamber has been designed to have the best compression ratio with wide squish surfaces that perfectly match the original head.

The kit contains Complete cylinder kit with piston, rings, bolts, clips and gaskets, CDI with cable branch.
For use with original cylinder head (Euro 3 and Euro 4 (also HPE)).

The CDI has two curves specific to the different tuning steps.

The first one is suitable for the installation with Polini Hi-Speed Vario, cylinder kit and original silencer, the second one with Polini Hi-Speed Vario, cylinder kit and Polini silencer.

With the new kit the power is noticeable from the first rpm and the engine is powerful at all rpm.

The cylinder kit is connected to the original system with plug-and-play CDI (no modification of the original wiring harness necessary, because it can be easily retrofitted).
