CNC milled engine housing for Vespa Smallframe from a solid aluminium block - Made in Austria - suitable for e.g. Vespa V50, PV125, ET3, PK50, PK80, PK125

Beautiful engine housing for the popular Vespa Smallframe models, manufactured in finest small series. The housing, manufactured by GP One Tuning from Austria, is also up to the massive power of modern cylinder generations such as Parmakit W-Force 144 or Quattrini M1L 60 GTR.

Why CNC?
To be able to fit this cylinder class with Ø60mm bore, it is normally necessary to extend the cylinder base bore on the standard engine housing. The housing wall becomes very thin in some places. Gernot Penn's motocase on the other hand is designed from the beginning to be extremely solid and directly fitting. Everywhere enough solid aluminium and some clever detail improvements give even engines with more than 30hp at the rear wheel a secure basis.

This allows the use of our BGM Pro solid crankshafts with 51mm and 54mm stroke (both types are equipped with the very stable alternator-side stub of the Vespa ETS / PK125XL2 models, have a 105mm connecting rod and crank webs with 88mm diameter).

The compensation of the 105mm connecting rod (standard has 97mm) as well as the adjustment of the steering angle / pinch point is done by a corresponding spacer and foot seals.
