Beautiful engine housing for the popular Vespa Smallframe models, manufactured in finest small series. The housing, manufactured by GP One Tuning from Austria, is also up to the massive power of modern cylinder generations such as Falc 153cc, Parmakit W-Force 144 or Quattrini M1L 60 GTR.
To be able to fit this cylinder class with Ø60mm bore, it is normally necessary to expand the cylinder base bore on the standard engine housing. The housing wall becomes very thin in some places. Gernot Penn's motocase on the other hand is designed from the beginning to be extremely solid and directly fitting. Everywhere enough solid aluminium and some clever detail improvements give even engines with more than 30hp at the rear wheel a secure basis.

Fits all Vespa Smallframe models (except PK automatic)
Fits 144-153cc cylinder
Fits crankshaft with 51-56mm stroke
cylinder base diameter in the housing: Ø 66.4mm
crankcase diameter in the middle of the connecting rod: Ø 91.5mm
crankcase diameter outside: Ø 88.5mm
This means that all crankshafts with a stroke greater than 51mm (54-56mm) can be accommodated without any problems.
This includes Falc's own crankshafts as well as our BGM Pro full crankshafts (both types are equipped with the very stable alternator-side stub of the Vespa ETS / PK125XL2 models, have a 54mm stroke, a 105mm connecting rod as well as crank webs with 88mm diameter).
The compensation of the 105mm connecting rod (standard has 97mm) as well as the adjustment of the steering angle / pinch point is done by a corresponding spacer and foot seals.
