Engine housing milled from the full aluminium block for Vespa V50, PV125, ET3, PK50, PK80, PK125 etc.

The housing manufactured by GP One from Austria is also able to withstand the massive loads of the modern cylinder generation such as Falc 153cc or Parmakit W-Force.

In order to be able to install this cylinder class with 60mm bore, it is necessary to make modifications to the standard housing, whereby the wall becomes very thin in some places. Thus it came with very strong engines already to torn off cylinder foot photographs. Gernot Penn's housing, on the other hand, is designed to be bulletproof. Everywhere sufficient solid aluminium as well as some clever detail improvements give also engines with clearly over 30PS at the rear wheel a safe basis.



This housing variant is manufactured for the use of a Falc 153cc or Parmakit W-Force 144cc cylinder with 60mm Ø bore. It does not have an inlet system on the housing side and can therefore only be used for cylinders with integrated diaphragm control (direct suction). The cylinder foot diameter in the housing is 66.4mm.
The crankcase diameter is 91.5mm in the middle of the connecting rod and 88.5mm in the outer diameter. Thus, both Falc's own crankshafts and our BGM Pro full cheek crankshafts can be used (both types are equipped with the very stable generator-side stub of the Vespa ETS / PK125XL2 models, have 54mm stroke, a 105mm connecting rod and crank cheeks with 88mm diameter). Both shaft types are available with 51mm and 54mm stroke.
The compensation of the 105mm connecting rod (series has 97mm) as well as the adjustment of the control angle / crushing edge is done by a corresponding spacer and foot seals.

The housing can only be used with the GP One own clutch or the Hartz5 clutch also available in our shop due to the 4mm increased sealing surface for the clutch cover!
