P 200 engine casings made for Malossi with the original Piaggio mould. So this is a standard P-range casing with standard transfer feed and anything else made to OEM specification.
Like on all other P-range engines take care during assembly that the kickstart mechanism works without obstruction and that the kickstart wheel is putted in with enough oil or grease.
This is the late type auto lube casing with inner oil seal and outer felt washer. It can be used with a layshaft with suiting surface area. For all other layshaft the little hole between the oil seal and felt washer should be closed. Using either glue or even better a M4 headless screw loctited into place.
