Headlight SIEM (NOS) Ø105mm - Vespa V50 round handlebar 50L, 50R, 50N (1963-1982)
Original SIEM headlight for the Vespa V50 smallframe models with the round headlight. This headlight is smaller than the 125cc models and has as bulb a single filament bulb (BA15S with 15Watt). We have received from a stock liquidation still a few, in the 1960/70's produced, original SIEM headlights from Italy.
The glass diffuser with the classic SIEM logo clearly show the quality difference to cheap replicas.
A must have for any serious restoration which will convince any jury at shows.
The reflector may be dusty, simply swish it out with gentle detergent (clear water + dishwashing liquid). Do not clean the reflector. The reflective layer is vaporized and is destroyed by mechanical treatment (as with any classic headlamp).
Scope of delivery and mounting
The headlight is ready for installation, except for the bulb. It consists of reflector, glass and the two parts connecting galvanized frame. A suitable bulb can be found under accessories. This type of headlight is mounted with a small screwed rail. You can also find this under accessories.
This product is marked by us as so-called NOS (New old stock = new goods with long storage). As long as stock lasts.
