The Malossi 210 Sport is an ideal basis for a powerful, high-torque engine with a wide speed range. It can be used with series components without any problems.
The new Sport 2016 version features a modified piston that is now manufactured by Vertex (formerly ASSO) and has a molybdenum sulfide bonded coating on the piston skirt. The new piston is shorter, so it can be used with 60mm long stroke shafts without any changes to the piston. Furthermore, the windows in the piston have become larger, so that it now fits better to the flushing layout of the cylinder.

The steering angles have not changed compared to the first generation sports cylinder. At approx. 115°/174°, they remain pleasantly low and also allow for a lazy shifting ride.

Thanks to the cleverly designed overcurrent design, the cylinder can turn out a lot in the lower and middle range despite high torque. The pull-through and top speed are increased equally.

  • Overflow channels: 7 pieces (of which three support channels) Exhaust channel: 1-piece (Ø at flange end 38.0mm)

Without cylinder head, the original cylinder head can still be used, but the compression ratio is then only 10.5:1 (follow instructions!).

An ideal companion is the BigBox Touring or BigBox Sport.
Due to the early and high torque, the Touring requires a longer reduction, e.g. with a 24Z BGM clutch pinion. The BigBox Touring is perfect for larger engines with reworked intake and adapted engine housing. Here she already plays out her potential very well and is a lot of fun for fast touring.
