180cc Big Bore Kit for GY6 based engines from 125/150cc. The bore is 63mm, so the crankcase must be machined to accommodate the cylinder, here clean work as well as accuracy is required, as it goes very into the edge areas. No plug & play installation.

Kit fits many air cooled 4stroke Kymco engines 125-150cc (scooters), as well as most Chinese import vehicles 125/150 cc (scooters, quads & buggies). Can be used with original cylinder head.

To get the full power out of the cylinder, for GY6 engines (not Kymco) can be additionally installed a cylinder head with larger valves, which is also available. For all those for whom this is not enough, a sports camshaft with modified timing is still available.

Before ordering, please check if the dimensions of the cylinder base opening in your crankcase are sufficient. On some models, the opening must be machined to provide enough mounting space for this big bore cylinder.
