Description
The E series dampers are filled with oil and nitrogen. The perfect design ensures a sensitive response and good stability even under hard stress. Best components, such as the special Sinter-Seal block seals and the hard chrome piston rods are used here. The spring preload is infinitely adjustable. Note: The shock absorber has a hole on the lower fork, suitable for the original mounting screw of the PX old models / Sprint /Rally models with M9. For mounting on a PX from approx Bj.1984 the damper must be drilled out to accommodate the M10 screws used there. Alternatively, the bushing in the rubber bearing can be replaced with that of the old models.
If a screw with M9 is used, it must be longer than the original because the material on the lower fork is more massive and the original M9x65mm screw would be too short. In the accessories we carry a suitable screw with M9x75mm.
