Description
Crankcase breather from NARAKU. Fits all 139QMB/QMA (GY6 50), GY6 125-180cc and Kymco 4-stroke engines. The kit is simply replaced with the factory oil filler plug and installed vertically still above and fixed with the supplied mounting hardware under the body.
Why a crankcase breather ?
Due to the downward movement of the piston in the cylinder, an overpressure builds up in the crankcase, which reduces the power, since the working force of the piston is not transmitted exclusively to the crankshaft, but also counteracts the counterpressure in the crankcase. With a sufficiently dimensioned pressure balance, the engine is more rev-happy and can transmit more power to the road. In addition, the dangerous foaming of the oil is largely prevented, thus greatly reducing the risk of oil film breakage.
