Dial gauge holder to be able to determine the exact top dead center of the piston. Very important to be able to adjust the ignition timing precisely. For this purpose the cylinder head is removed and our dial gauge holder is placed across the piston and fixed with the cylinder head nuts.
The holder can be mounted on all engines whose stud bolt distance (seen across the piston) has a hole spacing of at least 75mm up to a maximum of 96mm. The bore hole for the fixation of a dial gauge is 8mm. This is clamped laterally by a supplied screw.
