Modified variomatic sleeve with adapted thrust washer for Kymco KXR/MXU 250/300, Maxxer 300.
Due to the length of the sleeve and washer, the original variomatic is able to drive the V-belt further out. This causes an increase in top speed of up to 15 km/h. The most optimal acceleration results are achieved with 20g variator pulleys (not included!).
In conjunction with the Malossi Multivar variator, the very good acceleration values of the variator can be combined with the significant speed increase of the sleeve. This results in the best possible tuning for the drive range.
