The Knipex mini pliers wrench 86 03 125 - for precision mechanical applications
The mini pliers wrench is only 125 mm long. This makes it suitable for working on precision mechanical screw connections, such as those found in model making. It is also ideal for small pipe and hose connections in industry. It can handle all gripping widths up to 23 mm or 7/8 inch, replaces a set of metric or imperial spanners and can be adjusted quickly and directly on the workpiece at the touch of a button. The hinge pin locks securely into place, preventing unintentional adjustment. The smooth gripping jaws are parallel to each other under load in any setting and grip the workpiece precisely and without play, without damaging edges and sensitive surfaces such as chrome or brass.
10-fold increase in hand force
The excellent mechanics of the mini pliers wrench increase the applied hand force 10-fold. It holds even the smallest workpieces as securely as a vice. Thanks to the high pressing force and the parallel guided jaws, even flat objects can be gripped excellently and worked on easily. The proven ergonomics of the handles with plastic coating ensure a pleasant and non-slip gripping comfort - even with frequent use.
Working according to the ratchet principle: The stroke between the gripping jaws enables screwing similar to a ratchet or ratchet. This saves time when loosening or tightening screws without having to reapply the wrench with every screw movement.
Many additional application options
The mini pliers wrench grips, screws, bends and presses what the fingertips cannot hold - even hot, sharp-edged, dirty, small or slippery objects. It grips powerfully and securely at all times, but also enables sensitive and measured insertion of, for example, connector halves or joining parts. In addition, it is a useful helper when working with contact adhesives (pressing to activate the adhesive force) or when cracking cable ties.
