BOOKS WITH FUNCTION
The TSR EVO Sport is designed as a one-man seat with 60cm total as well as 40cm seat length. It is handmade exclusively for us in Italy and has a solid steel body that also forms the hump. This is therefore only thinly padded and therefore not, as for example on a Super Corsa, as an emergency seat for the pillion usable. However, the rider has a very good support, which is a real advantage, especially with today's engine power and is certainly one of the main reasons for the popularity of the TSR EVO.
LIKE A CAST
Formally, it is very well suited to the chassis of the Vespa PX models. It closes very tightly to the frame, giving the visual impression of being made of one piece. The cover is made of sewn black imitation leather. The quilting of the seat is not sewn but pressed for better waterproofing. The seat cover is waterproof glued and additionally stapled from the inside.
NEW TECHNOLOGY - CLASSIC OPTICS
Our seat manufacturer in Italy has managed to retain the popular original as well as classic style and yet give the seat many modern features along the way. In addition to the aforementioned long-travel padding, the seat has a magnetic closure. Admittedly, we were also skeptical at first, but in everyday use, the closure has more than proven itself. So the seat is no longer unlocked via a lever, but the seat has a strong neodymium magnet that engages in a corresponding counterpart in the seat mounting plate.
ADVANTAGE MAGNETIC L OCK
The adhesive force of the magnetic lock is so great that any unauthorized person who wants to open the seat, has the impression that the seat is locked. However, a firm pull releases it and allows easy opening, even if the scooter is equipped with a rear rack. These often deny access to the conventional lever mechanisms of the original bench seats.
CONCLUSION: Well thought out sports seat in a classic racer look with contemporary updates for the sporty ambitious touring rider.
