With this well tuned kit you can breathe more life and sovereignty into your original rather sluggish motorized Vespa, and thus participate more actively in traffic. The Polini cylinder in classic cast iron technology is very solid and robust. Its design is more torque oriented so that you have a lot of power from underneath which takes the horror out of recovering and driving with two people. The package is completed with new clutch facings and a reinforced clutch spring. Often the original clutch, depending on its wear condition, can no longer withstand the higher torque of the 75cc cylinder and should be adapted to the performance of the kit by using the parts included in the kit. With a clean installation and good adjustment the scooter runs after the conversion easily over 60km/h, the whole thing with much more pulling power.

Optically and acoustically the whole conversion is very discreet and hardly noticeable. The registration in the vehicle documents must be discussed individually with the local TÜV.

The basic engine should be in a healthy condition and not have a too high mileage. Otherwise it is recommended to overhaul the fuselage engine before tuning. Parts, shaft seals, bearings, engine seals etc. can be found in our online shop.

Further tuning stages are possible with sport exhaust systems, an enlargement of the rotary vane inlet area in the engine housing and a larger carburetor.
A new tuning of the engine is then of course mandatory.
