Description
Cylinder -CASA PERFORMANCE, CP ONE05, 105cm- Lambretta for lui and Junior.
In addition to the ONE35 with 135 cc displacement, CASA PERFORMANCE also offers the ONE05 cylinder. Both cylinders are aluminum cylinders with Nikasil coating. The intake is via a 4-flap diaphragm. The two main transfer ports are supported by two secondary transfer ports. The exhaust port is one-piece.
The main difference between the two kits is that the ONE05 can be used with the standard 44 mm stroke that all 50 cc and 75 cc engines have.
On the 50cc engines the crankshaft has a narrower width of crank webs and a racing crankshaft is highly recommended on these engines.
The ONE35 kit requires a crankshaft with a 48 mm stroke, as used in the Cento and J125. And then also the correspondingly longer cylinder studs and a Cento, J125 or CASA PERFORMANCE cylinder cover.
On an original lui 75 while retaining the SH20 carburettor and the original exhaust, the power with the ONE35 cylinder increases from the standard 4 hp to up to 12 hp.
With the ONE05 in the lui 75 periphery, the power then increases from the 4 hp to 8 hp.
