RACING RESI - PERFORMANCE WITHOUT COMPROMISES

The racing exhaust Racing Resi from Posch Performance is developed and manufactured 'made in germany'. Designed for high performance cylinders like the Malossi MHR or Quattrini M232/244, suitable for the engine of the Vespa PX200 models.

GOAL: MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
The declared objective in the development was to exceed the 40hp mark. In conjunction with a Malossi MHR cylinder, the recommended exhaust angle is 190-195 degrees with a 27-29 degree advance angle. For concepts like the Quattrini M244, exhaust angles of 185-190 degrees are sufficient.

CHARACTER AND REQUIREMENTS
The character of the exhaust system is much sportier compared to the Posch Nessi. The resonance range starts at about 6000Umin, the maximum power is at 8500Umin at the rear wheel.
The pre-resonance range is however already very high and therefore well usable.
To crack the 40hp mark, intake systems with a diaphragm and a carburetor with at least 30mm diameter are mandatory.

EVERYDAY
The exhaust fits as one of the few systems in this power segment with wide tires and main stand. The exhaust systems from Posch Performance are made of 1.5mm thick steel plate and are of very high quality. Due to the high wall thickness of the material used, the Posch exhaust systems are muffled and rich in sound.

SUPPLY
The scope of delivery includes a complete exhaust excluding the rear muffler. The flange plate provides the hole pattern for the common rear silencers with a bolt circle of Ø54mm. It fits for example the mufflers from Scooter&Service, MR-Parts, MMW. The Posch exhaust systems are supplied oiled. Therefore, the exhaust should be treated with heat protection paint before the first ride

.For the cylinders M232 and M244 cylinders from Quattrini, the Posch exhaust systems are available with a larger exhaust flange.
