Vespa P 80 X / PX 80 E
Die Vespa PX “Nuova Linea“ ist die bedeutendste Evolutionsstufe der Vespa Largeframe-Modelle für Piaggio. Rund zwei Millionen verkaufte Exemplare seit 1977 sprechen hier eine deutliche Sprache. 1981 ist das Quartett (bislang bestehend aus der P 125 X, P 150 X und der P 200 E) dank der P 80 X vollständig. Gleichzeitig wird bei allen vier Modellen die Vorderachse verstärkt und die Seitenhaubenverschlüsse liegen nicht mehr außen, sondern unter Sitzbank.
