Malossi offers with the 221cc MHR MK2 a special cylinder for engines with long stroke crankshafts. The 3 millimetre longer stroke (standard 57mm, long stroke 60mm) provides 221cc displacement.

The most obvious change compared to the otherwise almost identical "old" 221cc MHR kit is the now bolted exhaust flange. Two steel parts (4 times bolted steel plate and socket) now seal the exhaust port by means of an O-ring to the cylinder. The cylinder itself is adapted to the 60mm stroke in that it is 1.5mm longer at the cylinder head sealing surface than its 210cc counterpart.
