Description


Side panels for the PX with luggage compartment are a rarity and were originally used on the Spanish PX licensed Motovespa models. For mounting on vehicles with electrical system and spare wheel under the left side panel it is necessary to clean the frame at this point. I.e. the existing holder for the spare wheel must be removed or at least shortened. The electrics can stay in place, only a possibly existing horn rectifier (black box) or a battery would have to be moved or (v)replaced. To make full use of the storage space, the electrics can also be laid under the tank. This offers an enormous storage volume which, in combination with the standard luggage compartment in the leg shield, makes the PX very suitable for travel.


TIP: For PX models with external closure the jaws can be modified individually by welding a tab on them.

TIP: We recommend to assemble the scooter in its raw state before each painting, a so-called dry-build. This is a quick and easy way to carry out any necessary adjustments without damaging a new paint. Then assembling the freshly painted parts is twice as much fun!

NOTE: Unpainted article with transport primer. We recommend to remove it before painting. Scratches in the primer are not a defect.
