Description
After a long time of development, there is now a tool to pull off the needle bearing ring of the crankshaft without problems.
The method of operation is as follows:
1.) Place the puller sleeve over the crankshaft and insert the two half rings.
2.) Place the circlip over the half rings and hand tighten the 2 M5 bolts.
3.) The needle bearing ring can now be removed with the M16 screw.
Please note that the tool will only work properly if the needle bearing ring has been mounted correctly. So the 1mm distance was kept. However, with feeling it is also possible to remove rings that have only 0.7 mm distance, because the trigger web was turned conically from 0.7 to 1 mm.
