PIAGGIO OR POLINI ZIP SP STEERING TUBE IN VESPA SMALLFRAME
The conversion of a Vespa Smallframe (V50, 50N, Special, PV, ET3, PK etc.) is very popular in the racing scene because the handling of the old Smallframe models (with the very short swingarm) can be greatly improved with relatively little effort. The biggest plus point, besides the much better damping behaviour, is the now usable disc brake. To make such a fork suitable for the Vespa models a new fork top is needed. Fabbri offers this at a very fair price. For mounting the ZIP SP fork must be shortened at the top and welded with the adapter part.
