The new Polini variator for Piaggio - Vespa 125 4 stroke in the original version has been developed and designed to increase performance at an extremely competitive price compared to the Evolution model.

The Polini variator for Piaggio improves the performance of the engine as it guarantees greater acceleration and at the same time a smoother progression at speed.

The bushing is made of nickel-chromium steel and is characterized by a very low friction coefficient: it features the advanced carbon-based DLC treatment, an innovative technology for racing and aeronautics, especially for sliding components and parts subject to high wear.

The large inner pocket of the bushing has the function of a grease reservoir:
Inside there is a special spring that allows a constant distribution of grease on the pin even under the toughest operating conditions.
