Introduction

Aprilia - RS 125 Replica (2021–2022, ZD4XAA00)

The Aprilia RS 125 Replica (2021–2022, model code ZD4XAA00) is a variant of the new RS model featuring special design elements inspired by racing machines and factory bikes. It combines modern technology with sporty styling and targets riders who value both performance and aesthetics.
Technically based on the standard RS 125, the Replica version adds visual highlights and distinctive graphics to underline its racing character. This lightweight sportbike with high-quality equipment appeals to both ambitious beginners and experienced riders with a passion for MotoGP design.

Model History

With the launch of the RS 125 in 2021, Aprilia also introduced a Replica version to emphasize the model's sporty edge. The Replica was offered alongside the standard version and differs mainly through bold color schemes, racing-inspired graphics, and distinctive decals reminiscent of Aprilia’s racing heritage.
Technically, it shares the same components as the base model – engine, chassis, and electronics remain identical. The model code ZD4XAA00 covers both standard and Replica versions, as the differences are purely visual.

Technical Details

The RS 125 Replica is powered by a liquid-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine with a displacement of 124 cc. It produces a maximum output of **11 kW (15 hp)** at 10,000 rpm and a peak torque of **11.2 Nm** at 8,000 rpm. It features electronic fuel injection (EFI) and a 6-speed manual gearbox.

Chassis and Brakes

The bike is built on an aluminum twin-beam frame with a bolt-on subframe – offering both rigidity and light weight. It is equipped with an upside-down telescopic front fork and a centrally mounted rear mono shock.
Braking is handled by a 300 mm front disc and a 218 mm rear disc, with a single-channel ABS system for added safety.
It rolls on lightweight alloy wheels fitted with **100/80‑17 front** and **130/70‑17 rear** tires.
