Returns made easy

If you do need to return an item to us, you can do so conveniently via our returns portal. Alternatively, you can also register the return via your customer account.

What information do you need for the return?

Invoice number
Invoice date
Zip code

This information is also available if you have ordered as a guest without a customer account. As a registered customer, you can also use the portal for your return without logging in.

Step-by-step in the returns portal

Once you have entered all the necessary data, you will see an overview of all the items you can return. The following options are then available to you:

Select items: Select the items you want to return.
Specify quantity: Please specify how many units you are returning.
Reason for return: Select the reason for the return.
Comment: Optionally, you can also leave us a comment about your return.
Refund method: Select your preferred refund method.

After registering the return, you can

download and print the return slip to enclose with the parcel.
Upload pictures of the return if you wish.

Returns without the returns portal

If you don't want to use the returns portal, you also have the option of creating the return via your customer account. To do this, simply open the overview of your orders and select the invoice that contains the relevant item. You can start the return from there.

What happens after we have received the return?

As soon as we have received and recorded your return request, we will set the status to "In process". You will automatically receive an email confirming receipt.

Processing in the returns warehouse

Depending on the condition of the returned items, we proceed as follows:

Saleable items are returned to our warehouse.
Unsaleable items are either sent back to the respective supplier or disposed of.

Credit note or exchange

We can issue a credit note for your return or carry out an exchange. If some article items are to be treated differently (e.g. partly credit note, partly exchange), the corresponding items will be adjusted accordingly.
