Free Shipping

For orders of €99 or more, we will cover the shipping costs for you as a private customer within Germany – and for orders of €149 or more, also to Austria. Excluded from this are bulky or very heavy items that must be shipped via freight forwarding (see item information for details). Shipping is usually carried out by DPD.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect means: shop online at your leisure, wait for the collection confirmation, and pick up your order directly at the Scooter Center shop in 50129 Glessen (Bergheim). We’ll get everything ready for you and send you an email as soon as your order is ready to collect. We prepare everything so that you can take your items home without a long wait.

Important note: Please don’t head off to us right after placing your order – wait for our email confirmation that your order is ready for collection (see also our FAQ).

Shipping and Delivery

At Scooter Center, we offer various shipping options to provide fast and affordable delivery worldwide. If we receive your order by 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday), we’ll do our best to pack and ship it the same day.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, order value, weight, and shipping method. These will be displayed to you during the checkout process/cart.
