ATU - private label scooters with standard technology

The scooter models sold under the name ATU - often also referred to as Explorer, BT49QT or Retro Star - generally come from Chinese OEM manufacturers and were offered as inexpensive entry-level vehicles via the Auto-Teile-Unger branch network. Technically, they are usually based on standard 4-stroke GY6 engines or simple 2-stroke platforms, as can also be found in vehicles from Baotian, Rex or Jinlun. In the Scooter Center you will find many spare parts for ATU scooters - regardless of whether you ride a 2-stroke or 4-stroke model with a GY6 engine. Many components such as the variator, carburetor, cylinder, drive belt or electrical parts are identical to other Chinese scooter brands.
