LML 4T 125/150/200 scooters - information, models and suitable spare parts
The LML 4T models combine the classic Vespa largeframe design with an independent four-stroke engine. While the early LML licensed productions of the Vespa PX were still two-strokes, LML later developed a completely new 4-stroke engine in the classic housing format. The result was a special combination of traditional manual transmission, typical PX riding feel and modern four-stroke technology. The 4T variants were primarily known as the Star/Stella 125 and 150, with individual export versions also available with 200 cc.

4T - classic PX look with modern four-stroke technology
Model overview, technology and parts supply in Scooter Center
The LML 4T models use an independently developed four-stroke engine in PX design. The engine has an oil sump, a simple valve train, a carburetor or contactless injection and a familiar four-speed manual gearbox. Despite the similar engine architecture, many internal components are clearly different from the familiar PX two-stroke engines. The bodywork, chassis, electrics and braking system, on the other hand, largely follow the Vespa PX principle.
In the Scooter Center you will find suitable components for the engine, oil supply, gearbox, carburettor, ignition, braking system and chassis - tailored to the special technical features of the LML four-strokes.
Special technical features of the LML 4T 125/150/200
The LML four-stroke engine was not derived from the PX two-stroke, but was designed specifically for this type of vehicle. Typical features are the oil circuit with oil sump, a simple valve train, a robust crankcase and a clearly accessible cylinder head. Thanks to the manual transmission, the traditional PX riding experience is fully retained, while the engine runs more quietly and offers economical fuel consumption. The maintenance intervals differ from the two-stroke, but the parts can be clearly assigned.
The rare 200 cc 4T models are technically based on the same design principles and are now considered sought-after niche vehicles due to their low production numbers.
