Vespa GTS scooters - information, models and suitable spare parts
The Vespa GTS series is one of the most technically advanced modern Vespas. Since 2003, it has relied on robust four-stroke engines with electronic injection, clearly structured LC engine technology and a sturdy steel monocoque. Models such as the GTS 125, GTS 250, GTS 300, GTS Super, GTS Supertech and GTS Touring combine classic Vespa design with a powerful drive system that impresses both in everyday use and on long journeys. The models are clearly structured and known for good maintainability and long-term parts availability.
Vespa GTS - modern large-frame technology in a classic frame
Model overview, technology and parts supply in Scooter Center
The GTS models are based on water-cooled four-stroke engines from the Quasar, and later the iGet and HPE generations. They use electronic fuel injection, CVT drives, large cooling systems and a rigid steel monocoque. Typical model series are the GTS 125, GTS 300, GTS Super, GTS Notte, GTS Touring, GTS Supertech and earlier models such as the first generation GTS 250 or GTS 300 HPE.
The Scooter Center offers suitable components for variator, engine revision, injection, brake system, suspension, electrics, frame attachments and all relevant service points for these platforms.
Technical features of the Vespa GTS
The GTS series is based on water-cooled four-strokes with modern EFI, a clearly accessible CVT unit and a stable chassis structure. The later HPE engines were revised for a wider torque band and more efficient combustion. The steel monocoque ensures high rigidity, while the front wheel guide with single-sided swingarm retains the typical Vespa riding feel.
Many components are compatible across all models, which makes maintenance and spare parts supply easier. Variomatic upgrades, reinforced brake components, shock absorbers, exhaust systems and accessories for everyday use and touring are particularly popular.
