Capacitor - resistance -CEAB- Vespa Rally200 - Ignition Femsatronic

Resistance for the Femsatronic ignition system of the Vespa Rally 200 models.
Looking like a usual capacitor it is a resistor with 250Ohm.

If this is defective the starting behaviour of the engine is often bad, as well as the lower speed range.
Likewise the engine can run stably in idle speed when accelerating but then dies off.
A new resistor solves this problem.

Cable colors of the original Femsatronic:

• Blue = resistance = 250 Ohm
• Green = PickUp = 280 Ohm
• Red = Excitation voltage (charging coil) = 170 Ohm

Measure all values against ground, without connected ignition box (CDI).
Distance of the PickUp to the cam: 0,25-0,30mm
