POLINI- POWER EXPLOSION KIT FOR VESPA 300 GTS AND PIAGGIO BEVERLY EURO 3 AND 4: POWER EXPLOSION
Using Formula 1 engine technology, POLINI- POWER EXPLOSION Motori has developed a new cylinder kit. Thanks to a special steel liner with Nikasil coating and the HTR ring (High Turbulence Ring), they have enlarged the bore to 77 mm, increasing the displacement from 278 cm³ to 294 cm³.
The cylinder kit can be installed without modifying the crankcase or the original head.
An exclusive feature on the scooter market is the HTR ring, which improves the squish effect (accelerating the mixture in the combustion chamber), provides a larger contact area for the cylinder head gasket, and ensures high reliability.
The piston has a wider skirt, and the combustion chamber is designed to achieve the best compression ratio with wide squish areas that perfectly match the original head.

The kit includes: complete cylinder kit with piston, rings, bolts, clips, gaskets, and CDI with wiring harness.
For use with original cylinder head (Euro 3 and Euro 4 (including HPE)).
The CDI has two curves, specific for different tuning setups.
The first is suitable for use with POLINI- POWER EXPLOSION Hi-Speed Vario, cylinder kit, and original muffler, and the second with POLINI- POWER EXPLOSION Hi-Speed Vario, cylinder kit, and POLINI- POWER EXPLOSION muffler.
With the new kit, power is noticeable from the first rev, and the engine remains powerful across all RPMs.
The cylinder kit is plug-and-play with the original system (no modification to the original wiring harness required, making it easy to revert to stock).
